Is Invoice Discounting Risky?

• Buyer default risk. If the buyer doesn't pay the invoice, the arrangement can get complicated, depending on whether it's "with recourse" or "without recourse" financing.

• Buyers: Typically large corporates, PSUs, or government departments — no MSME requirement here. Buyers just need to be onboarded on the platform.
